Ingredients
3 slice(s) Weight Watchers Sliced Brown Danish Bread | |
150 g Quark, 0.5% fat | |
1 medium Spring Onions, finely chopped | |
1 teaspoons (level) Curry Powder, mild | |
15 g Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated | |
1 sprig(s) (fresh) Parsley, fresh | |
1 teaspoons Black Pepper | |
1 teaspoons Salt | |
2 individual Cherry Tomatoes, small slices | |
2 individual Olives, in Brine, halved, stoned, black | |
3 slice(s) Cucumber, small | |
1 portion(s) (medium) Prawns, Peeled & Cooked, cooked, 1 per toast |
Instructions
- Cut the crusts from the bread then cut each slice into 4. Toast under a low grill until pale golden and crisp. Do not allow to burn. Cool.
- Beat the quark with the chopped onion, curry powder, cheese and seasoning until smooth. Spoon onto each slice of toast and spread to the edges.
- Choose 1 or 2 toppings from the suggestions and garnish each toast with a herb leaf. Serve freshly made or the toasts might soften.
NB. Vegetarians should use vegetarian parmesan
