Creamy Salmon and Spinach Tagliatelle

  • Chop up smoked salmon, mix with the cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. (Ideally leave in the fridge overnight, or for a couple of hours but can be used straight away if needs be.) Put spinach in a steamer, while this is steaming, cook pasta. Put the creamy salmon mixture into a pan and add the cooked spinach. Cook on a low/medium heat, stirring constantly, until the salmon is opaque and starting to flake apart. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the spinachy salmon mix. Stir until pasta is evenly coated with the sauce. And serve!
