Ingredients
250 g Fresh Pasta, raw, tagliatelle | |
100 g Weight Watchers Soft Cheese with Roasted Onion & Chive | |
60 g Premium Ham | |
75 g Red Pepper, sliced | |
4 leaf/leaves Fresh Basil, finely shredded |
Instructions
- Cook the Tagliatelle pasta according to packet instructions. Drain in a colander, reserving 125ml (4fl oz) of the cooking water.
- Place the reserved water in the cooking pan with the Soft Cheese with Onion & Chive and stir over a low heat until combined.
- Return the pasta to the pan and, using 2 forks, mix the pasta with the cooked Ham, red peppers and the fresh basil leaves.
- Season to taste, divide between 2 warmed plates and serve.
