Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees. Start by boling the wholemeal pasta in some lightly salted water. Finely chop the garlic, chilli and onion and fry in a pan with some fry light. Slice the mushrooms and add to the sauteed onion and garlic. Drain the pasta and add to the pan of mushrooms, onion, garlic and chilli. Add 100g of low fat cream cheese and stir until it melts. Put the pasta mixture into a baking tin and add the grated cheese to the pasta. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and bubbling. Serve with a crisp salad.
