  • Fry onion, garlic and ginger in frying pan, low heat until soft and add to bowl. Also add to bowl 1 tin of tomato cores removed and use hand blender on mixture. Next fry off chillis until starting to go brown and add to mixture along with curry paste. Freeze. When ready to re-cook place mixture in pan and slowly bring up to tempreture and little by little add the yog. Place mixture into cass dish along with 650 of chick. Put in oven and heat until bubbling. Serve.
