Ingredients
| 225 g Fresh Pasta, raw, Macaroni | |
| 1 pinch Salt, (to season macaroni) | |
| 120 g Reduced Fat Mayonnaise | |
| 1 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar | |
| 1 teaspoons (level) Dijon Mustard | |
| 1/2 teaspoons (chopped) Garlic, powder | |
| 2 stick(s) Celery, cooked, chopped | |
| 1 medium Onion, All Types, red, finely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh, chopped | |
| 1 pinch Salt | |
| 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper |
Instructions
- Cook macaroni in salted water according to package directions; drain and transfer to a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and garlic powder; stir mixture into cooked macaroni. Fold in celery, onion and parsley; season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm or chilled.
